“Some say that the age of chivalry is past, that the spirit of romance is dead. The age of chivalry is never past, so long as there is a wrong left unredressed on earth.” - Charles Kingsly Sophie Daniels Fourteen · Female · Caucasian/Creole · Theatre (Acting) - Sophie is not hard to get along with. She's pretty outgoing in general, and she has a pretty wide range of hobbies, sort of straddling the line of tomboy and girly girl, most notable swordplay on the tomboy side, and fashion on on the more feminine side.
- Sophie has a bit of a knight obsession, which affects her behavior. She acts with honor and honest, and her friends can expect an active friend someone who looks out for them, although they'll also see she can be a bit blunt, and her honesty can cut at times.
- She can be a bit bullheaded though.
Friends
- Bullies, jerks, ect. She's a knight at heart, and she's likely to intervene if she sees bad things happening. Bystander Syndrome is rarely something that Sophie suffers from, and tends to be rather outspoken. And heaven forbid you if you mess with someone she actually likes.
- Arguing with her. She can be a bit stubborn. You're not likely to get on her bad side if you argue with her occassionaly, but she has the bad habit of treating those she continually butts heads a bit coldly.
- On the rare chance she's also friends with them, she's likely to treat them a bit as friendly rivals.
Enemies - Sophie isn't aware she's a lesbian yet. She has a few suspicions, considering that her old best friend in middle school seemed to be getting 'prettier and prettier', while said friend started talking about boys more and more, but she hasn't concluded it yet. Obviously in a school full of pretty girls, she'll figure it out with or without help, but a potential lover could help her along with it.
- As for who she'll fall for, she'd likely fall for someone who's got a few problems to deal with, someone she's spent time helping. Alternatively, she'll just fall for someone who's already a friend. In general though Sophie isn't one to fall into love at first sight. Sophie's love is a slow building flame that lasts long.
- Sophie as a lover isn't as touchy, and physical contact, although she forms especially strong emotional bonds. She'll look out for you, even if she's a bit assertive. Of course, she's willing to be accomodating to ones that want a lot of hugs, and she could probably grow to appreciate it a bit more, with effort.
- CHARACTER NOTE: Sophie had a massive crush on her old childhood best friend Satsuki, although she doubted Satsuki reciprocated. If Satsuki were to show up at Fukui, and there was a sign Satsuki was into girls, Sophie might try to step up their relationship...

Kinda surprised her and Hinata are really similar in a lot of ways. Granted, Hinata has a lot more, well, hang ups and persona issues I suppose. Makes me wonder if Hinata might end up admiring Sophie.
I can also see Hinata losing her temper and that leading to some arguments and butting heads.
If you want an opportunity for Sophie to act the knight, it really wouldn't be hard for me to set up Hinata running into some of the bullies from her previous school or other assorted shitheels.
I'm guessing the Satsuki thing is asking for somebody to make Satsuki as a character? I'll definitely consider it once I feel like I'm at a decent place with Hinata and that I'm ready and comfortable to take on a second character.

Well, Sophie's already shipped with Keke, if that's what you're saying. But yeah, that could work. Granted, Sophie's a mediocre fighter if push comes to shove.
Satsuki was sort of her old crush. I kinda had it there in case someone wanted to ship it, though like I said, Keke is already there.
