Another Night, Another Soak [Rika]

It was hot. There was steam everywhere, but go figure, it was a hot spring for a reason. Ran actually felt a little light headed, but that wasn’t going to stop her from enjoying her time at the springs. Padding along the stone floor, Ran made her way to the warm water. It would be good for her, she decided, because all she did was sit in her office all day, almost nothing to do. Now she’d be able to put her sitting skills to use. The woman’s hair, long, thin, and black, fell naturally against her skin, all the way down to the back of her thighs. She didn’t confine it to a braid, or bun, or pigtail. While it might have been normal to, Ran didn’t always enjoy her hair up. The tugging from tieing it up would force a headache on her, one she didn’t want to have when she was supposed to be relaxing. So her hair was flowing freely against her already wet skin when she dipped her toes into the warm waters, testing it. Deciding it was safe to go into, Ran let her foot sink slowly into the water and find the bottom, when it did, she anchored herself there and moved to put her other foot in.

Finally, she had both feet in. However, she didn’t sit right there. No. She moved to the back of the hot spring, not all the way back mind you, more like half way to the back, and plopped down there. Water splashed as her well endowed body took its place. The water barely covered her fair sized breasts, as she was a taller woman. The towel, thankfully, did cover her chest fairly well however. Ran’s glasses were off the whole time, a fact she didn’t care to remember, but was always reminded of when she realized how blurry the world was. It wasn’t that she couldn’t see at all without her glasses, no. She could practically drive without her glasses, not that she would ever be allowed to.

Sighing, Ran closed her eyes. Her long hair was floating in the water around her while some stuck to her. The woman’s skin was smooth and wet, even if some wasn’t in the water, she still got wet from the moisture in the air. To anyone, she could be a picture of beauty, it wasn’t that hard to see. Her arms found themselves resting up on the stone floor, her red nails drumming against it. Ran hummed. “How relaxing~...”

"... Hot..."

That voice, while easy to hear, sounded pretty weak, and it came from nearby once Ran finally settled in. Perhaps it was combination of the steam and no glasses, but evidently the woman had missed the presence of another who sat on the opposite side--leaned back against the side of the spring was a short-haired, pale-skinned figure submerged up to the shoulders. The way she was sitting with her head tilted lazily to the side, the slow rise-and-fall of her shoulders as she breathed, and the lack of energy put into her voice was probably enough to conclude that she'd been sitting there for quite a bit longer than she should have.

Rika, being the girl in question, was a tad anemic and didn't frequent places like this, so she wasn't all that aware of her limits or even how hot springs usually worked. For example, instead of a towel, she wore a light-blue, two-piece swimsuit that was barely visible through the shifting surface of the water. She was feeling pretty light-headed, but lacked the energy to stand; a dangerous position to be in while bathing alone.

"... Hot... Hot..." Rika muttered, repeating the same word every few seconds as if chanting. Her eyes gazed listlessly at the water's surface, and she sunk in a little deeper, shoulders covered. If left alone, there possibly wouldn't be anything keeping her from just passing out from the constant heat.

"... Hoooot..."
