On the other hand, Miyako had the complete opposite reaction to the students and their murmurs. She knew that Moriko was probably going to do something that seemed odd to the others, and really didn’t feel like it would be good if they were caught walking over to some place that no one knew about. Being not nearly as hungry as her friend, it was pretty easy to say she didn’t have her mind focused on it. What the student truly was interested in was following this person she now considered to be a companion of hers- without happening to make herself seem strange, of course.
And now begins their journey. Lilac eyes locked onto her confidant as she follows along with her movements, weaving through gaps in crowds of girls and different places of the school. The concentration she had made it so that she had almost completely ignored the world around her in favor of being able to successfully trail behind Moriko. Before she could pay attention to her surroundings, they were in a bunch of grass. What an odd turn of events.
“Right.” She responded, not currently having anything else to say at the moment.

Confident now that Miyako is still following behind her, Moriko devotes her concentration on actually getting to the snacks. They've left the main path behind, and along with that, the groups of students heading towards the main school building. It's not hard to miss, being the largest building on school grounds and all. It looms in the distance, pristine and imposing all at once. Moriko still hasn't gotten used to just how very BIG it is. Despite having arrived at the school a bit before the new semester started, she's not fully explored the main building yet. Most of her exploring has been to the surrounding grounds and smaller building that dot the campus.
And thus, her feet take her towards a significantly smaller building. It's much closer to the front gate than the main school building is. In the distance, the white of it's walls gleams brightly in the morning light. Eventually, they're walking on a cobblestone path that leads directly to the building. A few trees and bushes cover the area, providing shade and lovely patches of darker green amidst the lighter green of the field. A few stone benches and iron chairs appear beneath some of the tree filled areas. Colorful wildflowers bob and sway in a slight breeze, adding a slow dance to the tranquil setting.
"Ah, okay, almost there..." Muttering quietly to herself, Moriko glances around, her eyes darting towards the patches of trees. They've almost made it to the white building when the brown haired girl suddenly veers off the path. She heads directly towards a small cluster of trees that seem thicker in growth than the others. She specifically beelines for the single stone bench sitting beneath the largest tree in the group.
Halting right in front of the bench, Moriko throws a triumphant glance her companion's way.
"We're here," she declares, her bright teals gleaming in the morning light filtering through the leaves of the tree.

Miyako’s opinion of Moriko shifted from her being an odd student to a total mastermind. What kind of strange genius decides to devote so much time putting food in hidden spots in remote areas around the school in case they ever needed it? It was definitely not a scenario she thought she’d ever be involved in. Well, at least she’d become far more accustomed to the area around her school- and if there was one thing she always loved to do, it was to explore new places, which stemmed from how she had been shut inside most of her life and not allowed to see the outdoors. To be honest, this expedition was making her happy. Of course, her facial expression didn’t show this, since she did have trouble displaying emotions properly, but it was happening nonetheless.
Her light purple eyes glance to and fro, carefully observing the environment around her as it shifts and changes with each different place she follows her friend to. She lets herself take in the sights and put them to memory, because who knows- maybe one day she’ll have to head this route for other purposes than trailing behind someone she just recently met. In addition to that, the student wanted to make sure no one was watching them do this. It would be embarrassing if some passerby happened to spot the duo creeping about.
It was only a few minutes to where the setting went from what felt to be cramped and somewhat chaotic to tranquil and calming. It was so interesting to see how the setting could change itself when going from one part of the school to the next- and she much preferred this new spot they had found themselves in to where all the students were. The surrounding flora helped put her in a relaxed state rather than the on-edge one she had before, forgetting the consequences of being spotted like this and instead paying more attention to reaching her destination.
“Is it under the bench?” She asked her companion, staring around while figuring out where the food could be.
