Chiaki Rokujō Seventeen · japanese  · Theater (acting) Hair: Chiaki has long, platinum blonde hair that reaches to her chest, with layered bangs covering her forehead. Eyes: Chiaki has round, bright violet eyes, that are wide open most of the time.  Face: Chiaki has a pale complexion, and a round, baby faced appearance. She takes care of her skin, and will use makeup if she really does feel like it, but otherwise reserves it for certain occasions.  Body: Chiaki is of a smallish stature, standing at 150cm. She has a petite build, and weighs 44KG.  Clothing: Chiaki makes an effort to hide her shorter stature outside of the school setting, and often wears heels or boots. Feminine clothing is her preference, and likes to blend a mixture of fashionable with comfortability, and practicality, tending to prefer pastel shades. appearance General: In most cases, Chiaki's laid-back, yet energetic and sometimes boisterous approach to life is motivated by a desire to avoid inactivity, and loneliness. Often wanting to talk to just about anyone that gets her interest, her attention-seeking activity is probable to either get the adoration, or loathing of those around her. While Chiaki does like talking about just about any random subject, she is more than willing to just listen to others speak, especially when it's something that gains her intrigue.  Chiaki's main strength, and weakness is her tendency to jump at whatever task is assigned to her, be it trivial or not. This is spurred on by the belief she can take just about anything on. All in all, Chiaki does not want to be seen as just another spoiled girl from Kamakura, and aims to either break that assumption, or become something else entirely. For what she believes she lacks in skill, she can make up for in willingness to either learn, or do her best as far as she's aware. Chiaki has a short attention span, and may unintentionally ignore things when not paying sufficient attention. Once committed to a task, she puts in an intense effort, but may get tired if she underestimates it. She speaks in a Tokyo dialect. Her voice is more of a higher, childish sounding type, and is prone to cracking. Chiaki's hobbies include exploring, going for walks, and taking photographs of things she deems artistic. personality History: Born, and raised in the coastal city of Kamakura, in a quiet neighborhood, to a big family, and a rich one at that, things were far from average for Chiaki. Nothing in particular was difficult. Her parents, were themselves mainly focused on her elder sisters, each of which were either working, or in middle or high school by the time Chiaki was attending kindergarten, they failed to pay their youngest sufficient attention. While attending public kindergarten, Chiaki's main interest seemed to form in participating in plays. Acting as a different character altogether seemed fun enough, and she'd often volunteer for whatever came along her way. Still, Chiaki's father didn't take much interest in his daughter's abilities. Acting in plays was seen as more of a hobby, than a skill to him. Chiaki's future lied in following after her sisters. Enrolled at a private boarding school in Tokyo once she'd passed kindergarten, Chiaki didn't really think too much of it. Perhaps her parents were just wanting her to focus on education, so that's why they sent her away? This school wasn't exactly fun. Strict, old-fashioned, and against the very meaning of everything Chiaki found enjoyable, she tried her best to fit in with the other students, only to be rejected due to being deemed unintelligent, and spent her time alone.  A lack of anything interesting, mostly consisting of sports clubs, and nothing at all relating to her previous talents. It was hard to focus, really. Once summer break happened, Chiaki did return home for some time, only to find that life at home was less than exhilarating.  Two adults, constantly whining about business, and talking about boring adult stuff, with the occasional mention to Chiaki that she should aspire to follow in the footsteps of her sisters, studying business and one day getting a job in her father's company, none of which sounded interesting to Chiaki at all. What was the point in deciding life right there, exactly? All those story-book characters didn't suddenly decide to live boring lives at a young age. Family/Relatives Chiaki's father, Eiji is a by-the-numbers salaryman, who makes more than enough to not be such a workaholic for. He and Chiaki are polar opposites, and tend to argue a lot of the time. Chiaki appreciates him somewhat, but the majority of her memories of him consist of his constant mentions of mathematics class, business, and other uninteresting things. Chiaki's mother, Aoi is similar, but not disliked by Chiaki. Often abroad due to business trips, or just working from home, Chiaki and her rarely seem to speak due to how busy she is. They do get along well, and joke around with each other when they have free time. Chiaki has four older sisters. Nanoha, Kasumi, Mirai, and Rei. She did speak to them a little during her youngest years, but rarely gets along with any of them due to how work-oriented they are, as well as the fact that they are starting families of their own by now, makes Chiaki feel like they'll pressure her into following their example.  Chiaki does have some cousins in Tokyo, who she maintains contact with, most likely so that she can move there soon enough. Future Plans: If successful in her pursuit, Chiaki plans to relocate to Tokyo and pursue a career either in TV acting, or in stage acting.  Anything else, will have to be decided as Chiaki goes along.
