Seiya's main problem, when it comes down to it, is just her inability to approach others and start up conversations with them. She is shy, after all. However, there's quite a few different scenarios that will work well for her, and others that might end up in problematic events.
Can do -
Creativity: Music, dance, theater, drawing, writing, and whatever else might fit within the spectrum. This is the easiest way to get her to speak to someone out of her own will, although she'll still do it in a timid fashion. Intellectual pursuits are her strong suit, after all. Libraries, theaters, cafes, and parks are fair game when it comes to locations!
Talking with energetic sorts: Despite being shy, Seiya does have her own form of fondness for those who are energetic or peppy. Sometimes, they can be the right person to get her to cheer up or inspire her to write a new character in her novel, so if someone with such a personality approaches her, she can ease into a normal conversation with them.
Clubs: She isn't big on social events or anything with large crowds, but small, private clubs where students around her age can do creative activities together are ones she'll happily join and partake in.
Trying out new things: Now this'll make for interesting scenarios- if she's dragged into something or pressured into it, it could cause funny antics or some well-made plot arcs.
Cannot do -
Dealing with certain people: If your character has a mean or biting personality, she definitely has little synergy with them, even if they have a sweet interior. As someone who likes kindness and approachability due to her emotional fragility, she'll either be angered or start crying.
Anything athletic: She's frail and small, definitely not suited for anything that has a lot of exertion on the body. As Fukui is an art school, that shouldn't be too challenging to avoid.
Troublemaking: Seiya really just loves to do "what is right"... most of the time, at least. Though if she is dragged into someone's punishment for what they wrong, did it could make for a funny little plot.
Handholding: This is a pg-13 forum!
Note that this is just an outline, just a few different things that might help construct a thread, not to be taken too literally. If you have your own great ideas or anything, I'd suggest throwing them out there now rather than later!
