Ella won’t necessarily be the person making the first move in all situations, but she’s very receptive to the idea of making new friends in and around Fukui! She’s not too picky, so most of the difficulty would lie in whether or not the other person is bothered by her slightly off-kilter nature. And you should probably be prepared to hear about a lot of weird rumors and unsubstantiated claims.

ENEMIES

...undecided? That’s her take on it, at least. She doesn’t see much of any point in dedicating yourself to hating another living and breathing human being, so most of these relationships would probably be one-sided. She does get annoyed when people continually shoot her down about her interests, so maybe those count.

LOVERS

Ella was someone who certainly played the field before she dedicated the majority of her time to her studies, and truthfully...she didn’t really enjoy it that much. She’s not really sure if that was due to how she went about it or if it was because of the type of people she looked for, but either way, her experiences have really soured her on the idea of “flings”. Because of this, she’s a lot less aggressive than she was as a teen - sure, she’d love to have someone to love, but surely she’s not the only one? Eventually she’ll find someone that she clicks with, so it’s no big deal for her to wait.

She’ll probably flirt back if you initiate with her, because that’s still pretty fun, but going too much in that direction will leave her kind of flustered.

Okay, so I'm not too sure where these two would end up in terms of their relationship. Since Aeri's practically Ella's boss, I see them being maybe working partners, or maybe friends, or whatever else is there to categorize these two. For example since Ella has an interest in gymnastics, Aeri isn't so much into the topic of it but she is pretty athletic, so she could probably force Ella to whip her into a good, or better, shape. Maybe they could talk about how much they hate apples, or Ella can teach Aeri a thing or two about drama acting and whatnot in general. On the plus note, Ella's hair looks like some Aeri would brush her hand in since it looks fluffy, and Aeri's a sucker for fluffy things no matter what they are. These are just my two cents, though.

Sounds pretty good to me! I'm sure that Ella would jump at the chance for some more extensive exercise (and an exercise buddy), since she really only sets aside time for cardio at the moment. It'd also probably keep her imagination in check during, so she's not fighting the urge to interject with some weird factoid or hear-say story.

Ella would probably love potential hair-brushing while simultaneously feeling really embarrassed by it.

Aeri likes to play basketball sometimes, so maybe Aeri plays some hoops, Ella somehow spots her in the gym, Aeri offers Ella to play and then we can work it out there or vice versa with Aeri trying to help Ella play basketball? Unless you have something else in mind, which is totally fine.

I'm really on-board with that; I can see Ella stopping by the gym to change clothes for a jog and thinking "...is that the Principal? I didn't know she liked to play basketball" before trying to start some kind of small talk. And it could definitely go either way, 'cause I'm sure that Ella's played some basketball before but it's been a long while and she was never very good at it. :x
