▼ "Alright class." Midori said, looking up at the clock. "Looks like the period's just about over. I'll see all of you tomorrow, and don't forget to do your homework. Have a nice day~" She said, giving a small smile to her class as she dismissed them as the bell rang. This was her last class of the day. specifically her English class. She did have her regrets to teaching multiple languages to multiple classes instead of just sticking to one, which meant grading other students' work was ten times harder and stressful.
But it wasn't all that bad. There were actually a few students in her English class that sounded as if they were natives in the language or somewhat knew the language already, but Midori can pretty much say that to all of her classes so it wasn't really a big deal. Hell, maybe some of them already knew the language and trying to get an easy good grade out of her class, but she really can't do anything about that now, unfortunately.
Watching her last class leave, there was just one student she wanted to stay here for just a little longer, like she always would. It wasn't that this student was doing bad or anything in her English class; in fact, she was actually a passing student. It's just that she keeps spacing out in class and missing out on what's going on so Midori felt like she needed to stay back a little longer. Not to mention that she had her eye on this particular student for quite a while that caught her interest, which was another reason why she likes to hold back this student. She wasn't the type of woman to have interest in students much younger than her, but this one really caught her attention for some reason.
As most students began making their way out through the door, she figured she'd call the student now before she makes her exit out of the classroom. "Ocampo-san! Would you mind staying back for a few minutes?"

Caia stared out of the window from where she sat in the back corner of the room, her arm propped up on her desk with her cheek resting in her hand. English class had always been boring for her. Well, not necessarily boring, but it wasn’t the least bit challenging to her. Like many of her peers may have already guessed, she was one of a few students that chose the class for an easy A. It was just her luck that she was able to qualify for the class, despite the fact that she was already fluent in the language. Filipino was the national language where she was from, and even though many people spoke English there, they couldn’t have just assumed she knew English so she was allowed to sign up for the class. Maybe she should have signed up for something more challenging though, she thought to herself. At least then she wouldn’t feel like falling asleep every time she entered the classroom. However, that choice may have put her into a classroom with one of the less favorable teaches at Fukui. The subject may have been unappealing, but at least Itano-sensei was nice to look at. Granted, Caia spent a lot of her time in class daydreaming and spacing out, so there wasn’t too much looking at times, but she was nice to listen to too. Caia spun a pencil in between the fingers of her free hand, her half-lidded eyes glued to a group of girls gathered near a tree some ways away from the building. For a second, she hadn’t even realized that the bell had rang, only tugged from her thoughts by the sound of her classmates shuffling around to leave. She immediately perked up a bit and began gathering her things to leave. That tired feeling she had been fighting the whole period had instantly disappeared. Just as she tucked her book under her arm and began heading for the door, she could hear her teacher calling her name. Damn it, she thought to herself, her footsteps yielding. Hopefully she hadn’t been caught daydreaming the entire time, but the likelihood of that being true was awfully slim. It was hard for her to blend end. As instructed, she turned away from the door and headed back inside. Itano-sensei didn’t seem extremely strict, especially in comparison to some of the other staff members she had run into during her time at Fukui, so maybe her punishment wouldn’t be too harsh. That’s all she could hope for, considering she had already been caught. She placed her book down on one of the desks in the front of the classroom and stood facing the board at the front of the room, her eyes watching as the rest of her classmates filed out of the room one by one. Once they were all gone, she looked over at the teacher, abandoning her usually slouched posture. ”Yes, sensei? You needed to see me?” "IF I HELD YOUR BREATH AT LEAST WE WOULD TOUCH"

▼ As expected, the student stopped and turned away from the door, staying back; just what Midori asked her to do. Perfect. Her smile grew a little as she watched the girl turn to the older woman. For a moment, she was eying the student from head to toe, eyes sliding up and down a few times. Even her voice gave Midori a fuzzy feeling on the inside. That didn't sound creepy at all or hinting any pedophilia. Nope, not at all. This was nothing more than a student and teacher relationship right here, just like with her and all of her students.
Except in her head it was all completely different with her and Ocampo.
"Yes, yes." Midori nodded, taking just a few steps closer to the student. "I've decided to hold you here because your looks keep catching my eye during my lesson. Now that you're here, I can stare at you all I want and however I want to stare at you. Maybe even more." There was no way in hell Midori would say all of that. Not only she might get reported but she'll also get fired for hitting on a student, but it'll depend on how Ocamp feels about the older woman.
"You're not in trouble or anything, if that's what your thinking. I just keep noticing that you keep daydreaming in my class, it seems. As much as you and your work are excellent in my class, I also grade on focus." She explained. "So with that being said," She paused for a moment as she then walked closer to the other student, still keeping her smile. "How about we go over the notes you took today?"

Surprisingly, Caia felt somewhat tense under this woman’s gaze. She kept her half-lidded eyes focused on Midori’s for a moment once the rest of the students left, but found herself looking away. Her sharp gaze was quite unnerving in a room with just the two of them. Caia slouched a bit and slipped her hands into her pockets as she waited for the woman to speak. She hadn’t noticed immediately, but her erect and more proper posture, what she was expected to display while conversing with someone of authority, had already slipped away so quickly. The woman’s staring had only lasted a few seconds, but it definitely felt more like a minute or so in the silent classroom. Caia’s gaze focused back on Midori as she spoke, her posture being fixed at the sound of her voice as well. Okay, so she wasn’t in trouble. That was a relief. Caia felt herself relax instantly, but not to the point where she couldn’t maintain her alertness. As she figured, she had been caught daydreaming by the woman. It was really hard not to with the English class being the last class of the day. Even now, while she was meeting with Midori one-on-one, she felt as though her mind were going to drift elsewhere. However, that didn’t last too long. The word “go over the notes” seemed to echo in the empty room. ”Notes?” She questioned in a dry tone. There were no notes. Not for her at least. She had always brought a notebook to class, as instructed, but there was everything but notes for English inside of it. Most of the pages were empty despite them being well into the semester, but those that weren’t were covered in random scribbling. She had scrawled some lyrics on a few pages, usually for it to seem as though she actually took notes in such an easy class. Most were pages filled with handwritten guitar chords. The margins of pages that were occupied had crude drawings of them, some of random manga characters, but most notably was a small, poorly drawn doodle of Midori with the breasts exaggerated in size. Obviously, this wasn’t meant to be seen, and Caia barely remembered even doing it until she was forced to think about exactly what her notebook contained. There was an entire page written in Filipino/Tagalog. It was more rambling than anything, a journal entry of her complaining about how she was bored in class and several comments on how the only thing saving the class for her was the attractive teacher. Most of the emphasis was on what she would be doing if she weren’t in class though. This could probably be mistaken as notes, or at least she hoped it would be. ”Okay… Notes.” She grabbed the notebook from the desk behind her and hesitantly handed it off to the teacher, hoping that she would overlook most of what was inside. After handing it off, she leaned back, sitting on top of the desk just behind her as she waited for her “notes” to be reviewed. "IF I HELD YOUR BREATH AT LEAST WE WOULD TOUCH"

▼ Taking the book from Ocampo, she then opened it up to the very first page. "Alright, let's see what we have here." She said. But before opening the notebook, Midori already imagined what the student's notebook would be like: clean, organized notes. Just like that. Every single page would everything Midori said or a summary of what happened today, classwork, etc. It was something she'd expect from an ace student like Ocampo. Nothing could go wrong.
Until when Midori actually opened the notebook, this was all the exact opposite of what she expected. As she flipped through the pages, there was barely anything in it; most of the pages were blank for starters, and a few doodles here and there. One of them actually looked a bit like Midori, but she wasn't too sure. Due to the doodle's so-called breast size, she sure hoped it wasn't her.
There were of course other pages that looked that weren't blank; in fact, they could potentially look like notes for her class, just in... another language, excluding the page that seems to be for another class. Music, maybe? Unfortunately for the page covered in another language, Midori couldn't really make out some of the words, so she wasn't too sure what was going on there.
A slight expression of disappointment formed on Midori's face as she flipped through some of the pages. After going through the entire notebook, she gently closed it, sighing while doing so. "Well... it seems we have a lot to catch up on." Was all she could say, wiping off the disappointment off of her face with a smile. Ocampo may be a star student in Midori's eyes.
"You may be one of my top students, but that doesn't mean you can just doze off like that." Midori said, giving the notebook back to Ocampo; It was a good thing she held back the student. "So, how about we sit down for a few minutes and go over what you've learned today?'
